HELLO ALIBI
HelloAlibi.com requires a resilient cloud-based solution for a new SaaS platform
Alibi (www.helloalibi.com) is a cloud-based SaaS platform that aims to revolutionize compliance for companies looking to capitalize on income tax credits (ITC) through programs such as SR&ED as well as other funding programs including IRAP.

In addition to compliance for government-funded programs, Alibi is looking to revolutionize the ease of time entry and management through an innovative natural language processing mechanism that makes entry time for employees, simple, intuitive, and easily accessible using existing office productivity tools, such as email.
​The goals with alibi were relatively simple in early iterations - improve compliance for government-funded programs using project creation and management that will allow users to ingest compliance artifacts directly against projects while measuring activity levels for all assigned resources.

The technical components for alibi initially included a responsive web application with a resilient API backend and managed persistence of application data and inbound documents.
Ingestion of content external to Alibi required a significant development effort to allow for external communication of project content including documents and time entry artifacts. In addition to the fundamental application architecture and development, BlackLabel Digital also provided an intuitive natural language processing (NLP) engine for parsing intent from text-based time entry instructions.
